Incredibly practical for Tuning on trips or in different situations

Very useful for instruments. I would give it 5 stars if there was a way to lighten the background or enlarge the needle so that its visible outdoors.

Total crap! It keeps shutting off every time I use it. I want my 3 bucks back.

I am a professional symphony musician and play double bass. I was looking for a tuner that had the red and green "dummy lights" for when its noisy when Im tuning, could calibrate the "A" to frequencies other than 440 if necessary, showed current frequency information and had alternate tunings if necessary. This tuner met all of my requirements and is very sensitive to frequencies down to a double bass low E (41hz) and more. Very happy with my purchase.

I play classical guitar and have tried (and bought) all the other highly rated tuners. This tuner manages to be accurate against my studio strobotune, and seems more stable while tuning not all jittery like others. Def worth the money its a good reliable tuner. Thanks!

Why do I have to see the annoying advertisement if I have the paid version of this app???

I am a low brass player, euphonium and baritone bugle. I got this app because I was having trouble placing the higher octave notes. So I use it to ensure that the correct note is being played. It also transposable so I can shift it from "C" for my euphonium into the key of "G" for my baritone bugle. Works great for tuning individual valve slides. MOST EXCELLANT all around.

Tuner is an excellent application. It is as accurate as my Korg. I would recommend this application to any musician who carries a smart phone. Great work. Nicely done!

Have worked with this app for a few months now after my music teacher recommended it, and it has been very helpful to my daily practice routine. Am a singer-songwriter who plays guitar, and this app works so well and is so stable that Ive even used it to help other musicians tune their instruments; tuned 5 guitars the other day with no problem, 3 acoustic and 2 electric! Highly recommended!

Does what it needs to do, highly accurate and easy to use!

I recommend this app for a variety of reasons. It really works. Easy to use and accurate. I use it to not only to tune the cello but also to check on the accuracy of my scales. Even checked the accuracy of the notes on a grandfather clock! Also, great feedback from the developer when I had a question.

I think that this should record what your playing and show the notes and stuff. Thats my only problem.

Easy to use, very precise. The spectrum display is a nice tool to search for harmonics. Could be a bit more sensitive, though. Only tested on guitar so far. My only qualm is with the frequency display that frequently is off by an octave or some other resonant frequency. But its really not important so it doesnt affect overall usability.

Im a professional oboist and we are in charge of tuning the orchestra. Ive purchased many Korg tuners: digital, needles, strobes, and this is by far the easiest and least complicated to use. I seriously only need to play an A (440 or 441 depending on the group) so I love that the calibration is simple on the home screen. My favorite part, though, is that this LOOKS like a real tuner. Musicians behind me can see the needle and calibration for themselves, while not thinking "shes using her iPhone to tune is?!" It looks professional and does its job well. Im beyond please with this app!!

Title says it all !!

After going thru several tuners, I finally found the one for me. First I didnt know what settings to set it at so I E-Mailed support and they got back to me sooner than I thought they would and had me up and running in no time. This tuner is a keeper and thanks to the great support behind it. John Alexander
